Background
Like many modern multinational organisations Varitronix rely heavily upon their communications for keeping ahead of the game and ensuring that they provide the very best service possible. As part of this, the company wanted to integrate their communications across a number of different sites around the globe and also ensure that remote, field based staff, were able to communicate as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible regardless of location.
The Solution
Redcare5G met with varitronix at their site in order to gain first hand experience of the problems they were experiencing and to ensure that we were fully appraised of their current systems and processes.This then enabled Redcare5G to identify a number of key areas within the business where significant improvements could be made.
The deployment of voice over ip (voip) technology to link them to their other offices and users working from home the introduction of voice recording to overcome problems with discrepancies when dealing with some of their International suppliers the use of call monitoring software to alert them to any missed calls when the offices were closed and provide them with detailed analysis of their calling patterns the provision of iPhones to replace their older blackberry’s which did not provide them with the integration that they now needed and were able to achieve with the new telephone system.
