The deployment of voice over ip (voip) technology to link them to their other offices and users working from home the introduction of voice recording to overcome problems with discrepancies when dealing with some of their International suppliers the use of call monitoring software to alert them to any missed calls when the offices were closed and provide them with detailed analysis of their calling patterns the provision of iPhones to replace their older blackberry’s which did not provide them with the integration that they now needed and were able to achieve with the new telephone system.
